Franklin & Sons reveals Sister's Soda range
Franklin & Sons has unveiled a new sub-brand, designed to appeal to “health-conscious consumers seeking pioneering and delicious flavours”.
Sister’s Soda, which launches into Tesco stores this week, is a range of three sparkling waters, combining real fruit extracts, natural ingredients and low sugar. The drinks (rsp: £1.10) come in colourful hand-illustrated 25cl cans, boasting just 45 calories per can.
The three in the range are: Guava & Lime, Pomegranate & Hibiscus and Pineapple & Cardamom.
Rosie Crossman, brand manager at Franklin & Sons, said: “Sister’s Soda is inspired by Elizabeth Frankin, who pioneered the Franklin & Sons brand alongside her three brothers. We have used her ideology to bring flavour discovery and innovation to life. Creating natural sodas, which unleash exceptional taste. Delivering on flavour, without compromising on calories.”
Sister’s Sodas are recommended served chilled with ice or from the can, for those craving a refreshing drink on-the-go.
Franklin & Sons drinks were first introduced in 1886 by the Franklins Brothers, who were experts in creating recipes from hand-picked ingredients. The range now comprises seven handcrafted flavours, made using local fruit, roots and herbs.
The producer now has a wide collection of tonics and mixers, including core tonics, dual-flavoured tonics, and premium mixers.
