Houghton names?range after bandit

Western Australian winery Houghton will introduc?e a new range in February called the Bandit.

The wine is named after Aussie bushranger Moondyne Joe who became notorious for his jail-breaking exploits. The label tells the story of his eventual capture in the Houghton cellars.

Three blends will be available at Ocado from February – a Sauvignon Blanc/Pinot Gris 2009, Chardonnay/Viognier 2008 and Shiraz/Tempranillo 2008 – with an rrp of £8.99.
